Returns/Exchanges

Items can be returned at the buyers expense. We can either process a refund or exchange. If you have a sizing issue or need the return address please contact us using the contact form below. Please note: Items that are not returned in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use are subject to a 50% restock fee. This includes items that are returned with an odor, have pet hair, or have been washed. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns past 30 days will not be accepted. If you made a mistake on your order and have not received shipping confirmation please contact us immediately. We may be able to cancel or make changes to the order if it has not been processed yet. All returns must have an RMA number assigned prior to a return!

Shipping

You will receive an email with a tracking number in it alerting you that your item has been shipped. If you do not receive this email please review your spam settings within your email client. The email may have gone directly to your spam folder.

Delivery times will vary based on the destination of your package. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days. International orders are shipped First-Class and can sometimes take up to 30 days to arrive. You can track your order on the USPS website.

If the USPS tracking status is: "Shipping Info Received" it means your order is currently being processed. If you see this status and your estimated delivery date has passed we recommend checking with USPS to see if they can locate your package. If they are unable to locate your package please contact us.
