Returns/Exchanges

Because our items are custom printed to order we can only process a full return/exchange on defective items. If you would like to return a non-defective item you may do so by contacting us through the form below for an RMA number. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restock fee will apply to the item. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Items that are not returned in their original condition, or have obvious signs of use are subject to a 50% restock fee. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted.

Shipping

You will receive an email with a tracking number in it alerting you that your item has been shipped. If you do not receive this email please review your spam settings within your email client. The email may have gone directly to your spam folder.

Delivery times will vary based on the destination of your package. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days. International orders are shipped First-Class and can sometimes take up to 30 days to arrive. You can track your order on the USPS website.

If the USPS tracking status is: "Shipping Info Received" it means your order is currently being processed. If you see this status and your estimated delivery date has passed we recommend checking with USPS to see if they can locate your package. If they are unable to locate your package please contact us.
